Rice Pie Crust

4 1/2 cups of crisp rice cereal. Crushed

3 T. Brown sugar

1/3 cup milk- free, soy- free margarine

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2. Combine rice and sugar

3. Mix well

4. Melt margarine and pour over mixture. Mix until well coated

5. Pack firmly into bottom and sides of an 8 inch or 9 inch pie pan

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
